NIL Representation
Swishwain Sports helps college athletes maximize their NIL value, navigate the transfer portal, and find the right situation.
Most agencies are built by business people who study athletes from the outside — Swishwain was built from inside the system, by a player who transferred three times, navigated every version of the college basketball landscape, and knows exactly what it takes to find the right fit.
"We're more than an agency. We're a family, literally — using our experience and knowledge to help the next generation of players navigate it all."

Julian Rishwain spent six years playing college basketball across four programs — Boston College, USF, Florida, and UNLV. From being told in high school he wasn't good enough to play D1, to competing in the best conferences in college basketball — Julian transformed his game and made the jump from mid-major to one of the hottest programs in the country, Florida. Along the way he scored 20 points against the number one ranked Gonzaga Bulldogs, experienced March Madness, and returned from an ACL injury to post a career high 26 points. Julian embodies the underdog. He built Swishwain on everything that the journey taught him — so the next generation doesn't have to navigate it alone.
With over 25 years of experience handling name, image, and likeness issues — including negotiating multi-million dollar deals across media, entertainment, and NIL — Brian was on the cover of Los Angeles Lawyer Magazine in 1998. His 15+ years of unrelenting determination was a major factor in taking Julian from a middle school underdog to a high-major D1 player. He's now bringing that same wisdom and fight to your career.
Gabriel Rishwain brings a rare combination of sports industry experience, business expertise, and legal representation to the NIL landscape. He earned a Finance degree from the University of Washington, where he served as a Student Manager for the Men's Basketball program, and went on to work at Wasserman, one of the world's leading sports agencies, alongside stints at GAME Inc. and IMPACT Basketball. During law school at USF, he co-founded The Division 1 Collective — a group licensing company that built a network of over 1,000 collegiate athletes and created new NIL earning opportunities nationwide. He has since practiced as a plaintiff-side employment attorney, recovering millions for his clients. The same fight he brings to the courtroom is what he brings to every athlete he represents.
